Terms of Use

Purpose

FoxCreek Prayer exists to provide a free, ad-free place for anyone to ask for prayer, pray for others, read the Bible, and learn about salvation through Jesus Christ. It is operated by FoxCreek Technologies, Inc.

No Account Required

FoxCreek Prayer does not require public users to create an account, provide an email address, or build a profile to use the core prayer and Bible features. Authorized Prayer Team members use authenticated accounts for moderation and ministry functions.

Prayer Request Rules

When submitting a prayer request, you agree to:

• Not include highly sensitive personal information (full addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, passwords, financial information, or private identifying information about another person).
• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Not impersonate another person or submit content on their behalf without consent.
• Not submit spam, advertising, or promotional content.

Public vs. Private Requests

You may choose whether your prayer request appears publicly on the Prayer Wall or is submitted privately to the Prayer Team. Private requests are visible only to authorized Prayer Team members and will never appear publicly.

Moderation Rights

FoxCreek Prayer reserves the right to review, hide, remove, or restore any prayer request at our discretion. The Prayer Team reviews reports and takes appropriate action to maintain a respectful and welcoming community.

Reporting

Every public prayer request includes a Report option. Reports are confidential and reviewed by the Prayer Team. Reporter identity is never shown publicly.

I Prayed Feature

The "I Prayed" button allows anyone to indicate they have prayed for a request. No account, name, or identity is collected. We use lightweight browser-based protection against repeated artificial tapping.

Edit-Key Management

You may manage your prayer requests (edit, add updates, mark as answered, reopen, or delete) using a browser-based edit key. If browser data is cleared or you switch devices, you may lose access. We do not require an email address for recovery.

Bible Licensing

FoxCreek Prayer includes only Bible translations that can be legally provided at no cost. We do not scrape or store copyrighted translations without authorization. All required publisher attribution is preserved.

Daily Verse

The Daily Verse feature displays a curated verse each day from our internal library. Prayer Team members may manage the verse library.

Prayer Team Role

Authorized Prayer Team members have access to private requests, reports, and moderation tools. Prayer Team membership is controlled by the app owner and is not available through public self-registration.

Crisis and Emergency Limitation

FoxCreek Prayer is not an emergency service and does not guarantee immediate or any response. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (US). For suicide or mental-health crisis support, call or text 988 (US). For international users, contact your local emergency or crisis service.

No Professional Advice

FoxCreek Prayer provides prayer, Scripture, and encouragement. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for such matters.

User-Submitted Content License

By submitting a prayer request, you grant FoxCreek Prayer a limited license to display and operate the service with your content. This license is limited to operating the service and does not transfer ownership.

Free Service

FoxCreek Prayer is a free, ad-free ministry. We do not charge for core prayer and Bible features.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures, including hashed edit keys, role-based access controls, and input validation. However, no system is completely secure.

Intellectual Property

The FoxCreek Prayer name, logo, branding, and original design elements are owned by or licensed to FoxCreek Technologies, Inc. and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Bible translations retain the intellectual property rights of their respective publishers.

Disclaimer

FoxCreek Prayer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
